Drawing on more than 20 years of leadership and executive coaching experience, Mr. Heiner currently excels as the founder and as the chief mission officer of TFH Transformations, LLC. In these capacities, he focuses on helping seasoned professionals harness their greatest strengths to pursue increasingly challenging and rewarding positions, and expanding and increasing the profitability of his client's businesses.

 Mr. Heiner also specializes in determining the core competencies of different professions and identifying relevant opportunities based on his clients' unique skill sets. Prior to the establishment of TFH Transformations, Mr. Heiner thrived as a professional development director for the United States Department of Defense between 2019 and 2022.

 He had previously contributed to the aforementioned department of the federal government as an organizational chief and as a project manager. Between 1985 and 1998, Mr. Heiner worked as a systems engineer for the Central Intelligence Agency.Outside of his professional circles, Mr. Heiner frequently supports numerous local hospices in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. In the coming years, he intends to devote more attention towards helping local military veterans pursue vocational training services. Mr. Heiner also aims to compose a guidebook for transitioning to a new career while furthering his efforts to help disadvantaged members of his community obtain steady employment.

Mr. Heiner retired from the Government after 37 years of service, moving from the Washington DC area to Tampa Bay. He is happily married to a phenomenal wife, with two adult children, who also relocated to Tampa and are fortunate to be part of the work-from-home movement.  

Mr. Heiner is a avid baseball fan and loves attending live music concerts.  One of his "bucket list" goals is to attend a game in every Major League ballpark.
